Annu Saloon Unisex Saloon

Annu Saloon Unisex Saloon is right here in Rohini Sector-14, at F-9. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Gurudwara in Prashant Vihar. It’s a handy spot for people living around here. We’ve been running this place for a good while now. It isn't one of those fancy places with marble floors, but it does the job. Both men and women come in. Some days it is really quiet and we just sit and watch the traffic go by. Then suddenly five people walk in at once and we’re running around. We have the usual chairs and big mirrors. The lighting is okay, maybe a bit bright at night. We try to keep the place tidy, but with hair everywhere, it’s a constant battle with the broom. You get a mix of people here. Some students from nearby, and then the older folks who have lived in Rohini forever. We talk about the weather or the price of vegetables while we work. It’s just a normal neighborhood shop. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening. There is always someone coming in for a quick trim or a shave. We don't really have a big sign, but people find us anyway because we’ve been at this address for so long. It feels like home to us after all these years working here in Delhi. It is a simple life and we enjoy the people we see.
