Zeqon Buildtech Private Limited is based at Plot No 109, Block C-2, in the West Enclave area of Pitampura. We are right in the middle of a very active part of New Delhi. Our team is small, and we focused on building and technical work for local structures. We do not have a polished corporate image. If you come by our office, you will see us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of dust from a site visit. We are practical people. We do not believe in using fancy marketing language to get clients. We just show them what we have built before. Pitampura is a great place to work, but the traffic can be a nightmare when we are trying to get our equipment moved around. We have learned to work around the busy hours. We are honest about how much things cost and how long they will take. We do not like giving people unrealistic expectations. If there is a delay because of the rain or a late delivery of steel, we tell you straight away. We are just regular guys who know how to handle a construction project from start to finish. We do not have a big mission statement or a fancy vision. We just want to build solid things that last and keep our heads down while we do it. Most of our work is right here in West Enclave.
