We are located at T-704 in Mangol Puri, which is a busy area in New Delhi. Our business is all about promoting and developing properties. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office is pretty simple. We have some blueprints on the walls and a few desks where we talk to people about land and buildings. Mangol Puri is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we get a lot of locals walking in to ask about new projects. We don't use a lot of fancy words or big presentations. We just show people what is available and talk about the costs. Developing land is a slow process with a lot of waiting for permits and materials, so we spend a fair amount of time on the phone or out at site visits. The office can get a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that is just part of the job. We keep a few chairs for visitors and a teapot for when people stop by to chat. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass building. We are just here in Mangol Puri doing the work that needs to be done to get houses and shops built. Most of our day is spent dealing with contractors or checking on how a foundation is coming along. It is honest work and we just take it one day at a time. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much.
