Mgf Developments Ltd is run out of a house in Pitam Pura, specifically H.No. 84-B in the JU Block. Delhi is a massive city, but Pitam Pura has its own local feel that we’ve become very accustomed to. Our office isn’t in one of those shiny glass towers you see in Gurgaon or Noida. It’s a practical space within a residential block, which makes the morning commute pretty simple for those of us who live nearby. We deal with developments, so our tables are often covered with maps, blueprints, and various permits. We spend our time coordinating projects and trying to navigate the complex world of Delhi real estate and construction. We just work from our desks, take a lot of phone calls, and try to keep our projects moving forward.
