Emaar Mgf Land Ltd

Our address is House No. 3262/2 over in Mahendera Park. That is in the Rani Bagh area of Pitampura. If you know Delhi, you know Rani Bagh is always crowded and full of life. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels more like a house than a big corporate center. We are Emaar Mgf Land Ltd, but on the ground level, we are just a few people in a room with some desks. The house number is a bit specific with the slash, so sometimes people get lost looking for 3262/2. There is usually some noise from the street, maybe kids playing or someone selling vegetables from a cart. Inside, we have our files stacked up and the usual office supplies scattered around. It isn’t very formal. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. There is no big sign out front that lights up the whole street. We just go about our business, checking land details and filling out forms. The space is a bit tight when we have visitors, but we make it work with a few extra chairs. It gets quite warm in the summers, but the fan keeps things moving. It is a solid, honest place to work. We like being in Pitampura because everything you need is just a short walk away. It feels like being part of the community. We've been here for a while and the neighbors know us by now.
