We are Landmark Infratech Pvt. Ltd. and our office is tucked away in 84-B, Platinum Enclave, over in Sector-18 of Rohini. If you know Delhi, you know Rohini is a pretty big residential and commercial hub, and we have been part of it for a while now. Our space in Pocket I is where all the planning and paperwork happens. It is not one of those glass skyscrapers you see in the movies, just a regular office in a quiet enclave. We spend our days looking at plans and managing infrastructure stuff. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the usual Delhi rush, but we manage to stay on track. There are not any big corporate manifestos or glossy brochures lying around our lobby. We prefer to just talk to people plainly and get the work done. The team is small, and we all know each other’s names. We have been at this address for quite some time, and it has become a reliable base for everything we do. Sometimes things get a bit messy with blueprints and folders everywhere, but that is just part of the process. We do not try to sound like something we are not. We are just a group of people working in the infra sector, making sure we meet our goals from our Rohini office. It is a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the folks we work with every day.
