YAUGIK BUILDCON LLP

Yaugik Buildcon LLP is at Flat No. 26 in Priya Appts. Rohini Sector-14 is a busy part of North West Delhi. The apartments are older but they have a nice feel to them. We spend our days here dealing with all the buildcon stuff. It's mostly quiet in the flat except for when the neighbors are moving around or the doorbell rings for a delivery. The Delhi heat can be tough in the summer but we keep the windows open when it's breezy. We have a lot of paperwork usually piled up on the dining table that we use as a desk. People know the area well because of the local market nearby. Being in North West Delhi means we see a lot of the city's change. It’s not a corporate office with a big lobby. It’s just a flat where we do our work. We go down for tea in the evenings at the local shop. Usually, we are just looking at plans or talking to contractors on the phone. Sector-14 has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. The address is 110085 for anyone sending us mail. It's a straightforward place and we like it that way. We don't have a lot of fancy signs out front. Just the name on the door and our desks inside. It is a practical setup for us.
