We’re based in the Sri Nagar area of Delhi, specifically at WZ-650A in Gali Number 2. If you know the neighborhood, we are quite close to Mahindra Park. It’s a lively part of town, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. The office is a modest space where we manage the day-to-day tasks for our business. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts; it’s just a few rooms with sturdy desks and plenty of filing cabinets. We’ve been here for years, and the space has kind of grown around us. There’s a lot of old equipment and boxes of records that we haven’t quite got around to clearing out yet. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. Most of our work is done over the phone or through messages, but we do have locals dropping by now and then with questions. The noise from the street is a constant background hum, but we’ve learned to tune it out. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't put on any acts for visitors. What you see is exactly how we work every day. It’s a small, family-style operation where everyone knows their job and we just get on with it without any fuss or fancy titles.
