Vardhman Estates Ltd. is based in Office No. 606 inside the Ring Road Mall at Mangalam Place in Rohini Sector 3. Being in a mall makes our office easy to locate, although it can be quite a walk from the entrance to the elevators. We are up on the sixth floor in a space that is practical and straightforward. We handle a variety of estate matters throughout the Rohini area. Despite having the "Ltd" in our name, we are a small team and we like to keep things personal. We don't have big boardrooms or expensive furniture. Our office has what we need to get the job done, which is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. The mall environment is busy, but our office is usually a bit quieter, allowing us to focus on the details of the properties we are managing. We spend a lot of time checking on new developments in Sector 3 and talking to people about what they are looking for. Fancy sales tactics aren't something we do here. We just show the listings and explain the terms as clearly as we can. Sometimes the mall is very crowded, especially on holidays, so we suggest visiting during the week if you can. We have been here for a while and have built up a lot of local knowledge. It is a good place to work and we enjoy being right in the middle of Mangalam Place. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different parties to get deals closed.
