Valley View Homes Private Limited has its office at Unit No 212, Plot No H 10, on the 2nd floor of Express Arcade in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura. It’s a busy building in a very busy part of town. We spend a lot of time here trying to keep our residential projects on track. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we handle the legal stuff and the planning. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the houses and the people who will live in them. Sometimes the work is frustrating, especially when there are delays with materials or permits, but we just keep pushing forward. We are a small group and we’ve all been doing this long enough to know that things rarely go exactly according to plan. We don't pretend to be perfect. We just try to fix things when they go wrong and stay honest with everyone we work with. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various sites around the city. We like being based in Pitampura because it feels like we are in the middle of everything. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to it by now.
