Upsarg Propbuild Llp is based in Netaji Subhash Place. Our office is G-1/B, located on the ground floor of the Ndm-Ii building. This is in Block-C, covering Plot Numbers D-1, 2, and 3. Netaji Subhash Place is a very busy commercial area in Delhi. There are always a lot of people around and plenty of offices. We like being on the ground floor because it is easy to get in and out. We deal with property and building matters. Our workspace is not overly decorated or anything. It is just a functional office where we can focus on our work. We do not have any corporate slogans or big missions that we talk about. We are just a group of people trying to do our jobs well. Being in a place like Ndm-Ii means we are surrounded by other businesses. It is a very practical location for what we do. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the fast pace of the area. We do not use fancy marketing language to describe ourselves. We are just Upsarg Propbuild Llp. If you are in Block-C, you will probably see our sign. We keep things simple and honest. There is no need for anything more than that. We just show up every day and work through our list of things to do. It is a straightforward business setup in a busy part of the city.
