UBC PROJECTS LLP

UBC PROJECTS LLP has an office up on the fourth floor of the ITL Twin Towers. Netaji Subhash Place is always crowded, but it is a good location for us. Being in North West Delhi makes it a lot easier to reach many of our project sites. It is just a regular office space at room 407. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at messy spreadsheets. It is not the most exciting work to talk about, but it is what we do. We have been here for a while and the building staff knows us well. There are always people moving around the towers and the elevators can be slow. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that usual corporate talk. If a problem comes up on a site, we just go out and fix it. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of files. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the windows and it gets quite warm. We mostly deal with local folks and other businesses located nearby. It is a busy life but we are used to it. We just focus on getting our projects done properly without any fuss. Nothing more to it really. The view from the window is mostly just more buildings, but it is our home for now. We just keep a stash of biscuits and keep working.
