Ttl Cochin Commercial Private Limited is located in Office No. 712 at the GD ITL Northex Towers. We are right there at Plot No. A-9 in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura. Being on the 712th floor—well, the 7th floor actually—of a big tower like this is a bit different from being in a small street office. We have to wait for the elevators and deal with the security at the front, but once you’re up here, it’s a good spot to work. Netaji Subhash Place is a major hub, so there’s always something happening in the square below. Our office is where we handle the commercial side of things. It’s a mix of phone calls, spreadsheets, and meetings. The towers are quite modern compared to some other parts of Delhi, but our office inside is just a regular workplace. We have some desks, a small pantry area for making coffee, and lots of folders. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, and other times it’s not enough, but that’s just how it goes in these big buildings. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen a lot of other companies come and go from the Northex Towers. We just stay focused on our own commercial activities. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day.
