Town Team Ventures Private Limited

Town Team Ventures is based out of House No. 8/8 in the Eight Marla part of Model Town. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty calm except when the school buses go through in the morning. We started this because we wanted to work on projects that actually make sense for the neighborhood. Being in Model Town means we’re close to everything, and we like it that way. The office is just a part of the house we set aside for business. We do a lot of planning for local ventures and small-scale development. It’s mostly just sitting around the table and figuring out how to get things done without too much fuss. Eight Marla houses are all a certain size, so we know the layout of this place like the back of our hand. Some days are just spent on the phone trying to get permits sorted out. Other days we are out looking at sites and talking to the masonry crews. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people in Model Town seeing what we’re doing and stopping by to ask questions. It’s a steady pace, nothing too rushed. We drink a lot of chai while we work through the details of each project. We just want to keep the buildings looking decent and making sure they’re sturdy enough for the families moving into the area.
