TORRES BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Rohini, specifically over at House No. 48 in the Ahinsa Vihar Apartments. We are in Block-A, Sector-9. It is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than some other parts of North West Delhi, which we like. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. We handle a variety of building and construction tasks. Our team is not very big, just a few of us who have been in the trade for years. We do a lot of our planning right here in the apartment office. It has got a bit of a homey feel, which is different from those big glass towers downtown. We spend our days coordinating with plumbers, electricians, and masons. There is always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs to be adjusted. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we work with. We do not see the point in making things sound more complicated than they are. Construction is basically just putting pieces together the right way. We know the Rohini area like the back of our hand, which helps when we need to find materials or get to a site quickly. We are just a local business doing our best to get things built right. If you stop by, you might find us busy on the phone or looking over some technical drawings. We do not have fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done.
