Teressa Developers is over in Rohini, specifically in Sector-8. Our office is at House No. 19, Block-C in Pocket-7. Rohini is a big place, but we’ve found a good spot for ourselves here. We spend most of our time working on local development projects, which means a lot of time spent on the phone and at the computer. It’s a typical Delhi office setup—nothing too fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We deal with the usual stuff like property records, construction schedules, and talking to contractors. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the site visits pretty tough, but we still go out there to check on things. We don't really use big slogans or corporate language. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. If there is a problem with a project, we sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted. We’ve had our fair share of delays over the years, usually because of permits or weather, but we always get through it. The neighbors in Block-C are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. We try to keep things organized, even when we have three or four different things happening at once. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and work. Hopefully, we can keep contributing to the neighborhood.
