SUPERFINE HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of the first floor of house number 874 in Block-E, Saraswati Vihar. Being in North West Delhi, we’ve seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit over the years. We focus on housing and homes, as the name suggests. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we are a private limited company. The office is usually filled with samples of tiles or bits of wood and floor plans. We aren't trying to be some massive developer with hundreds of projects. We prefer to keep things smaller so we can actually see what’s going on at the sites. Saraswati Vihar is a good neighborhood, and we’ve made a lot of friends around here. We don't use much marketing talk because we think the work should speak for itself. Sometimes things go wrong, a shipment is late or the weather ruins a day of work, but we just deal with it. We aren't experts at writing fancy bios, we are better at looking at a site and figuring out how to fit a kitchen or a bathroom. It’s just us doing our thing in this part of Delhi. If you are looking for a place to talk about building a home, our door is usually open during normal hours. We just take it day by day and try to get things right.
