Sunder Buildwell Private Limited

Sunder Buildwell Private Limited has been operating out of Deepali Enclave for a while now. We are based at 94, right in the Pitam Pura area of North West Delhi. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve made our home here. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls and checking on various project sites across the city. Construction work isn't always pretty, and there's usually a bit of dust on our shoes by the end of the day. We deal with the usual headaches like material delays or workers not showing up on time, but we manage. People know us in the neighborhood as the folks who take care of building stuff. It’s just us, a small team trying to get things done right without making a big fuss about it. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we look over blueprints and talk to clients. Sometimes the chai guy comes by twice because we’re so wrapped up in work. We’ve seen Pitam Pura change a lot over the years, and it's nice being a part of the local community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just known enough that people tell their neighbors about us. If you’re ever near Deepali Enclave and see our sign, that’s where we handle the day-to-day operations. It's a lot of hard work, but we like seeing a building go from a hole in the ground to a finished space.
