STRUM BUILDCON LLP is our company name, and we work out of Rohini Sector 9. Specifically, we are located at A 1/15 in Varun Apartments. If you know New Delhi 110085, you know Rohini is a big residential hub. Being in Varun Apartments gives us a nice, stable base for our building and construction business. We aren't a giant firm with a huge staff and fancy cars. It’s just a group of us working under the STRUM BUILDCON LLP name. Our office isn't some sleek suite in a skyscraper downtown. It’s a functional space in a residential complex where we can focus on our projects without too much distraction. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between Rohini and various sites across the city. The work is mostly about coordinating materials and making sure the labor is on site when they should be. We don't have a PR team or a fancy website to show off. We just rely on the actual work we do to keep us going. Living and working in Sector 9 is convenient because everything we need is pretty much right here. It’s a busy area, but our spot in Varun Apartments is where we can sit down and get the paperwork sorted. We try to keep things simple and honest. It’s just a local business doing what we know how to do best, right here in the Rohini area.
