Sthayi Constructionprivate Limited has its office in Shakurpur at House Number 59 in Block-G of the J.J. Colony. This is a very local part of North West Delhi, and our workspace is as simple as it gets. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist; it is just a room where we manage our construction projects. Being in a colony means we are right in the middle of the neighborhood life, with kids playing outside and neighbors walking by all day. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of building, which means a lot of phone calls to laborers and suppliers. It is not always easy, especially when trucks have a hard time getting through the narrow streets around here, but we make it work. We have been in this area for a while and people know us as the local construction guys. There is nothing fancy about how we operate. We just take on a project, figure out the costs, and try to get it built without too many problems. Some days are just spent sitting at the desk going over blueprints, while other days we are out on-site in the sun. We don't use a lot of big words to describe our work because we think the buildings should just speak for themselves. It’s a basic, hardworking life, and we are fine with that.
