Star Enterprises

You can find Star Enterprises at Plot No. 195 in Phase-Ii of Shahzada Bagh. This is in the Inder Lok area, which is mostly industrial units and workshops. It’s a bit of a gritty place, with trucks constantly loading and unloading in the narrow lanes. Our building is a simple structure that we’ve used for years to run our business. We don't have any air conditioning in the main work area, so it gets quite hot during the summer months. We just use big fans and keep the doors open. Inside, it’s mostly machinery and stacks of raw materials. It’s not a place for a suit and tie; we all wear work clothes and don't mind getting a bit of grease on our hands. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on word of mouth and the fact that we’ve been here a long time. The neighbors are all doing similar work, so there’s a bit of a community feel in Shahzada Bagh. Sometimes we help each other out with tools or advice. We work hard from Monday to Saturday and usually spend Sunday catching up on sleep. It is a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished before the sun goes down and the street lights flicker on. It is just real work done by regular people.
