Cincom Pvt Ltd

We operate out of Ap-29A in Pitampura, which is a fairly active part of New Delhi. Cincom Pvt Ltd has been here for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home to most of us. It’s not a huge corporate building, just a regular space where we show up every morning. We usually start the day with some coffee and a quick look at what’s on the schedule. Pitampura can get pretty crowded, especially during the rush hours, so getting to the office is sometimes a bit of a struggle. Once we’re inside, though, it’s just the usual office noise—keyboard clicking and people chatting about their weekend. We handle various bits of business here, and there isn’t much downtime. The office has a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them some weeks. Our walls are mostly plain, and the furniture is just whatever was practical when we moved in. We don’t do a lot of formal meetings; it’s more about shouting across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for what we do. We like the local food stalls nearby for lunch, which is a nice break from the screen. We aren’t trying to be anything special, just a group of people working together in this corner of the city. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, which is nice for people-watching when things get slow.
