Our office is located in Netaji Subhash Place, inside the NDM-II building. If you come to Block C, we are right there on the ground floor at G-1/B. NSP is always a bit hectic, especially during the lunch hour with all the food stalls nearby. We handle property and building projects. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between different sites and the office. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Delhi. We just want to do our work without too much fuss. The office isn't overly decorated. We’ve got some chairs, a couple of computers, and piles of project files. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who want to build something. It’s a competitive area, but we stay focused on what’s in front of us. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The staff is small, just a handful of us who know each other well. We take things as they come. Construction has its ups and downs, especially with weather and permits. We don't make big promises we can't keep. It's more about looking at the site, checking the budget, and seeing what's possible. We like being in a central spot like this because it’s easy for people to find us. We keep the coffee going and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here in the city.
