Our business, SN MITTAL CONSTRUCTIONS LLP, is located up on the 3rd floor of building number 23 in Pocket 6, Sector 22 of Rohini. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s a good spot for us. North West Delhi is where we do most of our work. We’ve been in this office for a bit, and it’s where all the main decisions get made. It’s not a large space, but it fits our small team just fine. We have our files, our computers, and usually some tea going. Most of our day is spent coordinating with people on different construction sites. Rohini is a big place, so being in Sector 22 keeps us centrally located for what we need to do. We don’t have a flashy entrance or anything. We are just local builders who have been around the block a few times. Sometimes we are in the office late finishing up paperwork, and other times we are hardly there because we’re out on the field. It’s a practical way to run things. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just take on the construction work and see it through. The 110086 area has been good to us. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of growth. We’re just happy to be a part of it and keep our business going year after year. We make mistakes sometimes, but we always fix them and move on.
