Shri Sai Realtors Private Limited is over in Rohini, specifically in Sector 23. We occupy the ground floor of House No. 107-108 in Pocket 11B. It’s a decent-sized space that we’ve turned into our main office. Rohini is a huge area, but Sector 23 has its own feel, and we’ve gotten quite comfortable here. Being on the ground floor is handy for when clients want to stop by and look at some property papers or just have a chat about the market. We aren't the type of realtors who wear fancy suits and drive expensive cars just for show. We’re more about the practical side of finding the right spot for someone. The office is usually cluttered with files, maps of the different pockets, and maybe a few half-empty tea cups. We know this neighborhood like the back of our hands because we spend so much time walking through the various sectors. It’s a lot of work keeping track of who is selling and who is buying, but we enjoy the puzzle of it. The traffic in Rohini can be a bit much during peak hours, so we try to schedule our meetings around that. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living by helping others find theirs. We focus on being honest about what’s available and what’s not, which people seem to appreciate in this business.
