We set up shop here in Pitampura at Saraswati Vihar. It's just a small place on the upper ground floor of block B. Dealing with mineral water means we spend a lot of time checking bottles and making sure the filters are running right. It gets busy during the summer months when everyone is thirsty. We don't have a fancy office with big chairs or anything. Just the basic setup needed to keep the water moving. Most mornings start early, around six, getting the first batch ready. It's noisy sometimes with the machinery, but that's just how it goes. We try to keep things simple here. My cousin helps out with the accounts when he can. We’ve been at this for a while now in this part of Delhi. It isn't always easy keeping up with the orders. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. People around Saraswati Vihar stop by often to ask if we have stock. We just tell them what’s available and carry on with our work.
