Cafe Coffi Day

We've been running Cafe Coffi Day out of this spot in Mangol Pur Kalan for a while now. It is just a regular house, number 179, right in Sector 2 of Rohini. We aren't doing anything fancy here. Most days it is just about getting the stove going and making sure there is enough milk and coffee beans for whoever walks in. People around here know the address. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, but we try to keep things quiet enough inside. Sometimes the chairs don't match or we run out of a certain snack, but that is just how it goes in a small place. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the place stays clean and the drinks are hot. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started, but we are still here in the same building. It is easy to find if you are familiar with this part of Rohini. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the regulars who live nearby. It’s not a big corporate chain. It’s just us. We mostly focus on keeping the doors open and making sure the coffee tastes like it should every morning. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but once you step in, it’s just a normal cafe. Nothing more to it than that, really. We just show up and do the work.
