Our office is over in Pitampura, at 302-303 Pearls Best Heights-I in Netaji Subhash Place. It’s a high-rise building, which is a bit different from where the actual tea processing happens, but it’s where we handle all the management and daily planning. Netaji Subhash Place is always buzzing with people, food stalls, and traffic. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Even though we are a bigger company on paper, this office feels pretty grounded and simple. We have people who have been with us for decades, and they still remember how things were when we first started out. We spend our days looking at reports, talking to the packing units, and making sure the tea is moving out to the distributors on schedule. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or have long, pointless meetings. We just talk like normal people about what’s working and what needs to be fixed. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the quality stays exactly where it should be. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just show up, do our work, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone involved. Sometimes it’s a bit stressful when things get really busy, but we usually manage to keep a calm head. It's just a place where we work hard every day to keep a traditional business going.
