You can find us in Rohini, specifically at B-6/121 in Sector-8. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s not as loud as the main markets. Fides Tea Impex is mostly about, well, tea. We spend a lot of our time tasting different samples and deciding what's good enough to buy. Our office is fairly simple. We have shelves full of small tins and bags of tea leaves. The smell is quite nice when you walk in. We aren't a massive company with a huge marketing budget. We just know our tea. Usually, we start the day by boiling water and trying out a few new batches. It’s a slow process sometimes. We have to be careful with the storage because tea can ruin easily if it gets damp or sits too long. Rohini is a decent place to work from. It’s got everything we need close by. We handle the importing and exporting ourselves, so there is always a lot of mail and some heavy boxes arriving. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like we are something we're not. We're just people who like tea and know how to move it from one place to another. It’s a lot of manual checking and making sure the quality stays consistent. We’ve been at this for a while and have built some good relationships along the way. It is a steady business that keeps us occupied and happy.
