Our office is over at Plot No. 21 in Rajdhani Garden. It’s right on P.M. Park Road, basically across from Gate No 6. If you know Shantivan Talheti, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We are Shivbaba Construction And Developers Llp. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. Most days, the boots in the corner are covered in dust from whatever project we’re visiting. It’s a busy spot. There's usually a truck parked out front or someone coming in to drop off supplies. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. It’s mostly just desks, a water cooler that makes a weird noise, and stacks of blueprints. We started this because we like building things. It’s hard work and the sun gets hot, but seeing a house go up from nothing is alright. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now. People stop by to ask questions about their own walls or roofs. We try to help out when we can. It’s just a handful of us working here. We aren't corporate types. We prefer being on the site rather than sitting behind a computer all day. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but that's part of the deal. We just keep moving forward with the next job. Rajdhani Garden is a good place for us to be based. It's central and easy for the crews to find. We just keep at it.
