Shivaayambika Infracon Private Limited

We started Shivaayambika Infracon Private Limited a while back and set up our base at A-335 in Derawal Nagar. It’s on the first floor. Being near the Model Town Metro Station makes it quite easy for people to drop by without getting lost in North Delhi traffic. We handle various building projects and infrastructure tasks around the city. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of materials. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s usually something going on at the office. We deal with lots of blue prints and site plans. It’s not always pretty work, but it needs doing. The team is just a few local people who know the area well. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. Mostly we just focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the sites are moving along. Delhi is a crowded place to build anything, so there are always hurdles with transport or space. We manage those things as they come up. If you walk up to the first floor, you'll see our sign. We've stayed in this spot because it's central for us. The North Delhi area has changed a lot since we moved in, but we're still doing the same core stuff. We just try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we work with on a daily basis. The coffee at the office isn't great, but it keeps us going during the long afternoons.
