SHANTI DHAAM BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTIONPRIVATE LIMITED is just us working out of Rohini. We are located at House No 177 in Sector 9, right by those Star Apartments everyone knows. It’s a busy spot in Delhi and we’ve been here for a bit now. People ask about the name sometimes but it’s just what we picked for the construction business. Mostly we are busy with site stuff or sitting in the office dealing with materials and contractors. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows, just a regular place in a residential area. You have to navigate the Sector 9 traffic to get here. We handle the building side of things and there is always some paperwork piled up on the desks. Sometimes the fans are noisy and the tea gets cold while we are on the phone. We don't have a big team of suits. It is just a few of us trying to get the jobs done on time. Rohini is a good place to be based because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We keep our tools and files organized as best as we can. It gets dusty like anywhere else in Delhi. If you are looking for House 177, it is near the landmark flats. We just do the work and try to stay on top of the projects we have going. It’s a lot of coordination with different people every single day.
