Shahawa Construction Private Limited is located at House No. 13 in Block-B of Krishan Vihar. This is out in the North West part of Delhi, 110086. It’s a typical residential block where everyone knows each other. Our office is just a regular house where we handle all the business stuff. It is not some high-rise office with a view; it’s a ground-level place where we can easily talk to the neighbors and our workers. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on material costs. Construction is a tough business in this city because of the regulations and the weather, but we’ve been at it for a while. We don’t go for any of that polished corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Usually, there are a few of us sitting around a table with some tea, figuring out how to get the next load of cement to the site on time. The phone rings a lot, mostly people asking for updates or suppliers telling us about delays. It is a very honest way to make a living. We just focus on the bricks and the mortar and making sure the buildings are solid. It is a simple life in Krishan Vihar, and we are happy to be part of the community here. We don't need fancy slogans, just strong walls and a finished roof.
