You can find Sgie Homes Private Limited at 295, Ground Floor in Gurawala Town Part-Iii. This is in the 110009 area of North Delhi. We chose the ground floor because it’s easy for everyone to just walk in. The office is a bit small, but it fits our desks and the cupboards where we keep all the housing documents. We spend most of our time talking to people about their homes or checking on building schedules. It's a lot of coordination. The neighborhood is pretty lively and there are always people moving about outside. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen a lot of changes in Gurawala Town. We aren't the kind of company that has a big polished office with glass walls. Ours is more of a working space with papers everywhere and a few chairs for guests. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we just clean it up and keep going. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just focus on the houses we are working on. Being in North Delhi is convenient for us because most of our work is nearby. Sgie Homes is just a small team of us working out of this ground floor spot. It's simple, it's local, and it works for what we do every day.
