We've been operating out of Rohini Sector 2 for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Flat No. 264 in Pocket 5. It's just a regular office space where we handle all the paperwork and planning for SDPATULYAM DEVELOPERS & INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various project sites across North West Delhi. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a few of us working together. Sometimes things get a bit busy and the desk is covered in maps or blueprints, but that is how it goes when you are dealing with infrastructure. Living and working around here means we know the neighborhood pretty well. We started this company to handle development work, and we just keep at it day by day. If you are looking for us, we are right here in the residential blocks of Sector 2. It’s a quiet area mostly. We try to keep things straightforward. No big speeches or anything, just the work we do. Being based in Delhi-110085 keeps us close to a lot of what’s happening in this part of the city. We have seen the area change over the years. We spend a lot of time on site, but the office in Rohini is where everything gets sorted out. It's a simple setup, nothing too flashy. We just focus on getting the tasks done and keeping the business running as it should.
