Our small office is at D-14/70 in Rohini Sector 8. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which we like. Saxena Properties is basically just a few of us working together to manage local property stuff. We’ve been in this part of Rohini for a while, so we’ve seen people move in and out of the sector over and over. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. It’s just about knowing who wants to sell and who’s looking to buy or rent. Most of the time, we’re out on the street showing flats or meeting landlords. The office back at D-14/70 is where we do the boring parts like the paperwork and the filing. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy brochures or a glossy website. People usually find out about Saxena Properties through word of mouth or just by seeing our board when they walk past. Sector 8 has its own vibe, and we feel like we fit in pretty well. We try to be honest with people about what a place is really like before they sign anything. It’s just the way we prefer to do business. The nearby market is where we usually grab lunch when we have a break. We don't promise anything we can't do. It is just a simple life running a local property shop for the neighborhood.
