Sartaj Properties

Sartaj Properties is located right in Rohini Sector 1, at B-282. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and if you know the sector, you know it’s a fairly quiet residential pocket compared to other parts of the city. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a basic space where we keep our files and meet people. We spend a lot of time just sitting here talking to neighbors and people who are looking to move into the area. It gets a bit dusty sometimes with the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in Rohini these days. We try to keep things simple. You won't find a lot of high-tech gadgets or shiny furniture here. It’s mostly just us, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge about the blocks around here. We know which streets get flooded when it rains and where the best spots are. The B-block is pretty easy to find if you’re coming from the main road. We don't really do much advertising; most people just see the sign or hear about us from someone else in the sector. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything gets handled properly. We’re usually here from morning until early evening. If the door is open, we’re inside. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we appreciate the people who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about the neighborhood.
