Sandeep Buildtech Private Limited is based out of our office in Rohini at House No 49, Block-IPKT-3, SEC-16. It is a typical local setup in a residential block, which makes it feel very much like a part of the community. We use this space to manage our various building and technical projects around the city. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, sample materials, and stacks of invoices, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different teams and making sure the supplies arrive where they are supposed to. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and we don't really have time for corporate polish. We started this business because we like the process of building things from the ground up. Rohini is a big area, and there is always something going on here, which keeps us busy. We don’t have a big sales pitch or fancy mission statements. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Most days are spent troubleshooting small problems that pop up on site. It can be stressful at times, especially when the weather doesn’t cooperate, but we enjoy the challenge. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and going over the latest site reports. It’s a simple, local business where we just focus on getting the work done.
