Our office is tucked away in F-1, Citi Chamber, right in the D-16 Shopping Complex at Prashant Vihar. It’s a busy area with a lot of people coming and going for their daily shopping. We spend a lot of our time dealing with vending machines of all sorts. Some days we are out on the road visiting different sites, and other days we are right here in the office handling the logistics and the technical side of things. The space in Citi Chamber is mostly filled with spare parts, some boxes of supplies, and tools for repairs. It isn't a very large place, but it works for what we need. When a machine somewhere stops working, we usually hear about it pretty fast. We try to keep a stock of the common parts so we don't have to wait around for deliveries. Prashant Vihar is a good location because we can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble. We aren't interested in making things look flashy. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the desks are cluttered with manuals and circuit boards. We just care about making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and phone calls. Sometimes we are here late finishing up a repair. It is a practical business run by people who know how these mechanical systems tick. We just do our thing here every day without much fuss.
