Sai Baba Associates

We’ve been around Qu-28C in Pitampura for quite some time now. People usually just drop by Sai Baba Associates when they’re looking for a place or need help with paperwork. It’s a busy spot here. We don’t really do fancy ads or anything like that. Most of the folks who come in are neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else on the block. The office is small but it does the job. My desk is usually covered in files and maps of the local area. Pitampura has changed a lot since we started, with new shops and more traffic every year. We spend most of our mornings answering phones and talking to people who walk in off the street. Sometimes we go out to look at properties, which takes up a good chunk of the afternoon. It gets dusty and hot, but that’s just how it is. We know the corners of this neighborhood pretty well by now. If you’re walking past Qu-28C, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a place where we get work done. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with houses and land can be messy with all the rules and stuff, so we just try to explain things clearly. We aren’t a big corporation, just a few of us here trying to make a living and helping people find what they need in this part of Delhi. It's a lot of talking and walking.
