If you head over to Rajan Babu Road in Block E, you’ll find us on the second floor of House Number 1-A. Sahdev Land And Developers Private Limited has been operating from this front portion of the building for some time now. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address with the Khata numbers, but it’s where we do all our planning and paperwork. Land development is a slow process sometimes, involving a lot of visits to different sites and then coming back here to sort through the details. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the land side of things, which means a lot of checking maps and boundary lines. It’s a small team here. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up, deal with the city requirements, and try to keep our projects moving forward. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when we need a break from looking at blueprints. The stairs are a bit steep, but we’re used to it by now. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep; we just do the work that needs doing. It’s a quiet spot in a busy part of town, and it works for us.
