Ritters Automation P. Ltd.

Our company, Ritters Automation P. Ltd., is out at M-160 in Sector 1 of Bawana. If you’ve ever been to Bawana, you know it’s a massive industrial zone. Our building is just one of many, but it’s where we do all our automation work. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but once we’re in, we’re busy from start to finish. The space is filled with components, wires, and control panels. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but there is a system to the mess. We don't have a polished showroom. Most people who come here are more interested in what’s on the workbench than the decor. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the code and the hardware actually talk to each other. Sometimes it’s frustrating when a sensor doesn't work, and we all end up huddled around a single machine trying to figure it out. We don't have a big hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in. We eat lunch together most days at the small table in the back. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to get the automation projects finished so they work like they're supposed to. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of wires in a Sector 1 workshop.
