Ram Sweets

Our place, Ram Sweets, is tucked away in Inderlok at 313/37C. It’s a small shop, nothing too flashy. We’ve been at this address for a long time. Every day starts early for us because there is always a lot of preparation to do. You can usually smell what we’re making from down the street. We focus on the traditional stuff that people in the neighborhood grew up with. It's a family-run kind of thing. We don't have a big team or anything. Just us and a few helpers making sure things are fresh. The street outside can get pretty crowded, especially during the festival seasons. That’s when it gets really loud and busy around here. We try to keep up with the demand, but sometimes the line goes out the door. We don't use any fancy machinery; it's mostly hands-on work. The counter is usually piled with boxes ready to go. People stop by on their way home from work to grab something for their families. We know most of our customers by name. It feels like a small community even though Inderlok is a big place. We don't bother with social media or big posters. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a lot of long hours, but we’re used to it by now. The shop at 313/37C is where we spend most of our time.
