We are Radhey Shyam Rishi Pal, and you can find us at 308/14 in Shazada Bagh. We are right opposite the Daya Basti Railway Station, which makes it easy to explain where we are to people. The trains going by are a constant sound in the background of our workday. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there is always movement and noise. Our building is a practical one. It’s meant for working, not for looking pretty. We have a lot of stuff coming in and out all the time. It gets dusty, and it gets loud, but that’s just the nature of what we do here. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the rhythm of the place. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Dealing with the station traffic can be a bit much sometimes, but it’s part of the location. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us busy with inventory or talking to drivers. It’s the kind of business where your hands might get a little dirty. We just try to stay on top of the schedule. There’s always a truck to load or a shipment to check. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know and what we do well. We just keep things moving day after day, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the bustle. Sometimes the trains can be a bit distracting, but after a while, you just stop noticing them and get on with what needs doing.
