Prakhya Groups

Prakhya Groups is based in the basement of 165 Kapil Vihar. It is a simple space. We have turned it into our main office over the years. We don’t have any windows to the street because we are below ground level. It is quiet. We use a lot of lamps to keep the place bright enough to see what we are doing. It is actually a good place to focus. You don't get distracted by people walking by outside. We handle several different types of business activities and projects from this one spot. It is mostly computer work. We spend the day answering emails and making phone calls. We have a few desks pushed together. There are shelves full of old folders and binders against the walls. It is not a large team. There are just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up and answers it. We usually bring our own lunch from home. We eat together at one of the larger desks in the back. The neighborhood of Kapil Vihar is nice. We often walk out to get some fresh air in the evening. We don’t use any polished marketing language. We just come in every day, handle our clients' needs, and make sure the bills get paid on time.
