OZAR GREEN HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been working out of our office at Shop No. 308 in Vardhman Plaza for a bit now. It’s right here in Netaji Subhash Place. Ozar Green Homes Private Limited is basically just us trying to handle local housing projects. Most days, you'll find someone at the desk at Plot No. H-3. It isn't a massive corporate setup, just a regular office space where we get things done. We deal with various home-related things and keep it pretty straightforward. If you know the area, you know where Vardhman Plaza is. It gets busy around here, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep our paperwork organized but it’s a lot of manual work. Sometimes we’re out on-site and sometimes we’re just catching up on calls at the shop. People drop by occasionally to ask about what we are doing next. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything like that. Just a small team trying to stay on top of the construction stuff we've got going on. Netaji Subhash Place is a good spot for us because everything is close by. We’ve been at this for a while and the office has become a second home. The address is easy to find if you’re looking for H-3. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Nothing flashy about it, really. Just a local business operating out of a plaza. We make sure to keep the lights on and the files sorted, even if it’s just a small shop.
