We are located on the second floor of I-7/47 in Sector-16. Rohini is a pretty large area, but this specific block is where we set up our office for Omaxe. It is a typical Delhi building, nothing out of the ordinary. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. Once you’re inside, it’s mostly just desks, files, and people on their phones. We spend a lot of time looking over plans and checking on progress for different projects. Being in Delhi-110089 makes it easy for people from this side of the city to reach us. We don't have those big polished lobbies you see in movies. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage the daily grind. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are lots of people over, but we manage. We’ve been here in Sector-16 for a while now. The staff knows the local spots for lunch, and we mostly just stick to our work. It’s not about being the loudest company, just about doing what needs to get done. We deal with a lot of different things related to Omaxe from this floor. If you need to drop off some papers or talk about a project, this is where we are. It’s a bit cramped with all the maps and charts on the walls, but it helps us keep track of everything going on in the city.
