Our office is over in Sector 11 of Rohini. We're on the first floor of House 25, right in Block G, Pocket 8. It’s a residential-looking area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Nirmalesh Realinfra has been here for some time now. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot. There's always plenty of paperwork to go through when you're in the real estate and infra business. We have some files stacked up and some maps of the local area pinned to the walls. It helps us keep track of where everything is. The neighbors are nice enough, and we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the pocket number, but we just go down and meet them at the gate. It's a simple operation we've got going on here. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things run right. When a project starts, the office gets pretty crowded with people coming in and out. Otherwise, it’s just a steady pace of work. We handle the local projects around North East Delhi mostly. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on workers. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. There is always tea on the stove if someone stops by.
