New Chd Farms Developers Private Limited is located over in Pitampura. We’ve got a set of offices at Express Arcade, specifically flats 211 to 217 on the second floor. It's right there at Subhash Place, which is always crowded and moving. We focus on land and farm developments, which is a bit different from just building houses in the city. There is a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual plots of land we look after. Dealing with developers and people looking for space takes up most of our time. The office can get a bit hectic with so many units joined together, but it works for us. We started this because we saw a lot of interest in farm spaces outside the main city rush. It isn't always easy work. You have to deal with a lot of different people and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to check on progress. Pitampura is a good base for us because it’s easy for people to find. We don't do much fancy advertising. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing who we are or stopping by the office in the arcade. It’s a practical business. We focus on the ground work and making sure the land is ready for whatever comes next. It’s a lot of driving and talking to get things right.
