NBPM INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is located at HOUSE NO.-102, BLOCK 2-A, in SECTOR-13 of ROHINI. We are specifically based in the RANG RASAYAN APTTS. It’s a bit different running a company out of an apartment complex, but it works well for us. It keeps things quiet and focused. Rohini Sector-13 is a nice enough area with plenty of trees and regular North Delhi life going on around us. Our office inside the apartments is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards for all our project documents. We do a lot of infrastructure work, so there’s always someone coming or going with site updates. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front. Most people just know us by our name or find us through the address. We aren't into big corporate presentations. We prefer to just sit down and talk through the technical details of whatever we are building. The tea lady comes by a few times a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We have been in North Delhi for a while now and we like the pace of life here. It’s about doing the work and making sure everything is done right without making a big fuss about it. The security guard at the gate knows us well by now, which helps.
